On Tuesday a group of Year 5 students were lucky enough to get to go to Dakabin High School to experience their Arts facilities.
Students were introduced to bucket drumming in the music department before being able to have a turn on a drum kit. Then they went to Visual Arts where they experienced some different drawing techniques. After Visual Arts they went into the dance studio and learnt a choreographed dance to Kung Fu Panda. Finally getting to play in the space of Media Arts where they completed a stop motion piece.
They all had an amazing time and really learnt what high school life is like.
