At the end of each reporting period (i.e. twice a year – 2 semesters), students receive a grade for Behaviour. Each time a student receives 2 x A’s for Behaviour, they receive a lapel pin. The students do not have to get 2 x A’s in the same year to receive their lapel pin. Their total number of A’s received for Behaviour determines the colour pin they attain. The level of lapel pins are as follows:

1st – White (first 2 x A’s)

2nd – Yellow (4th A)

3rd – Blue (6th A)

4th – Bronze (8th A)

5th – Silver (10th A)

6th – Gold (12th A)

To achieve a GOLD lapel pin, this student has received an A for behaviour in every semester from the start of Prep until the end of Year 5. This student will be able to wear all 6 pins for the entirety of their final year at primary school.

Lapel pin ceremonies will occur at the start of Term 3 and the end of Term 4 every year.
