Last Thursday we hosted renowned author, Michelle Mitchell who spoke to our year 5 and 6 students about puberty and body changes. She complimented our students on the manner in which they listened and asked relevant questions. In the evening, she spoke to our year 5 and 6 parents about raising tweens.
It was a highly informative evening and was well attended. Thanks to all the parents who came along on the night. We will host Michelle again in the near future as we love her work and her manner with the kids. We have purchased some of her books for parents and for students.
