On thursday the year 6 cohort participated in break up day which consisted of some very special events. We started the day with the inflatables. Students found out just how tiring the time on this was. There were lots of laughs and fun had by all involved.
We then got to enjoy our red rooster lunch and graduation cake. After all this students were able to go around the school to get their shirt signed by students and staff. The day started to become emotional for many with special speeches and comments made. Our day concluded with the final guard of honour. It is something special for the year 6 students to be able to walk through the school for that final time. To finish with a special Haka.
It was a very special day and one which has left memories and friendships that will last a life time. Thank you to everyone who has made this year a very special year for these wonderful students and staff.
