Our Year 3 students had an amazing day at the DSHS farm:
“I remember getting a photo on the tractor and we got to hold guinea pigs. My favourite part was holding the guinea pigs because they were so cute and fluffy" -NJ
“I learnt that a baby cow is called a calf. My favourite part was the sheep because they were really fluffy and my other favourite part were the cows because they were soft and kind" -GD
“My favourite thing about the farm was seeing the guinea pigs and getting to feed them and pet them. We got to feed them carrots and I also gave them some hay" -AL
“My favourite part about the farm was the guinea pigs because we got to feed them and hold them and they were super soft and fluffy. I thought it was cool because I have seen them before" – HF
