Last Friday I was lucky enough to accompany 11 of our Farm to Fork extension students to the RNA for their Cheese Judging. This program has been running for many years with Dakabin High School where our students learn the science and maths behind making cheese. They then enter Camembert into the RNA student competition.
All our cheeses were in the top 20 of the 178 entries and scored silver awards.
These are the best scores we have ever received. It was an amazing experience and lots of cheese was eaten on the day. We would love to thank Mrs Prass from Dakabin High for taking us on this amazing journey.
